One apartment per floor – exclusively for you
We embraced the challenge and reimagined the interiors of Kamienica 25, choosing to create a limited number of spacious apartments.
Nestled in the heart of Wrocław, this luxury residence stands out by offering one apartment per floor - a total of four apartments, each exceeding 230 square meters, along with two additional apartments of over 100 square meters on the first floor.
The apartment interiors seamlessly blend modern solutions with a classic twist, allowing for versatile zoning to separate living, study, and relaxation areas.
Lofty ceilings reaching up to 3.45 meters, expansive salons with kitchens spanning up to 107 square meters, generously sized windows bathing the interiors in natural light, balconies, private rooftop terraces, bathrooms with saunas, spacious walk-in closets, and dedicated utility rooms—these exceptional features set a new standard on the map of Wrocław.
FINISH AND DETAILS
The architectural form of the building significantly influenced our design and finishing decisions. Guided by the principle of blending history with modernity, our aim was to create spaces infused with new, fresh energy, attracting residents and fostering social and cultural life.
The main entrance introduces a touch of Veronese green, while wooden glazed display windows offer a glimpse inside, replacing panels with glass to illuminate the interiors.
We exclusively used natural and raw materials, such as wood, stone, concrete, marble, and textured plaster. We do not create material imitations - noble marbles on the floors, combined with designer apartment doors, and the use of wood in common areas, transport residents to elegant interiors.
In our finishing concept, we integrated premium solutions such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a smart home system that enables control and management of various areas of the apartment through a mobile app.
An undoubtedly attractive feature is the interior layout—positioning the main bedrooms with bathrooms away from street noise, and incorporating saunas in the three largest apartments.
